For shops selling on WooCommerce and TikTok Shop
From orders to parcels,
without retyping anything.
Kipuntu gathers your WooCommerce orders, your TikTok Shop orders and the ones taken over the phone into a single list. You pick the ones to ship: it creates the waybills with Poste, prints every label in one go, and books the courier pickup.

The problem
Two separate panels,
and somebody retyping.
If you sell across channels you know it already. Orders arrive from different places, each has its own panel, and the ones taken over the phone are nowhere at all.
And every day somebody retypes addresses by hand, checks whether the product is actually there, fills in the waybills, and then goes back to enter the tracking numbers one by one.
How it works
You pick the orders.
It does the rest.
You pick the orders to shipFrom one list, whichever channel brought them in.
Kipuntu tells you whether the products are thereBefore you open the box, not after.
It creates the waybills with PosteDirect integration: address, weight, format.
It prints every label in one goOne PDF, not one print job per order.
It books the courier pickupDay, time slot, what is being collected.
The tracking number goes back to WooCommerce and TikTok on its own, and the order's status updates while the parcel travels. All the way to delivered. You never retype anything.
When nobody is ever home
Send it where the buyer
already walks past.
A post office, a Punto Poste counter or a locker: you pick the point while you make the label. Kipuntu asks Poste which ones are around the buyer's postcode and lines them up by distance from their address, with opening hours and how full a locker is.
The label carries the counter's address, not the buyer's. The collection code reaches them by email and by text — which is why those two fields stop being optional the moment you choose this.
A parcel nobody is home for is a parcel that comes back, and a delivery paid for twice.
When something goes wrong
The parcels that stop,
before the buyer writes in.
Kipuntu reads the tracking of everything in transit and keeps the list of what has stopped saying anything: handed over and never scanned, still for days, or a delivery the courier tried and could not make.
Held parcels arrive with their expiry date, which is the part nobody sees in time: past it the parcel goes back to you, or is lost. From there you release it — out for delivery again, to another address, to a post office — without leaving Kipuntu.
The same list you get. Every row carries the number to ring, the address, and what can still be done.
Once you have dealt with it the row leaves the list, with what you did written on it. If the courier speaks again, the row comes back.
If labels are not your problem
Finding out it has run out
while you are packing it.
When you prepare the orders, Kipuntu tells you what is missing before you start. Not order by order: grouped by product, with how many you need in total and which orders are waiting on that one thing.
From that list you build the supplier order in thirty seconds. The quantities are already there — you correct them the way you actually buy, a case is twelve and you are four short — add whatever is running out on the shelf, and download it as a PDF or paste it into a message. If you get interrupted, you save it and pick it up later.
Grouped by product and not by order: what you have to buy is a single line, with the reason it is there beside it.
And when the goods arrive, you change prices and stock here, once: they go to WooCommerce and TikTok on their own.
If you sell the same product in two places
One product,
published where you choose.
You write the product here once: title, photos, variants, weight, the size of the box. Then you choose which channels it goes on. Each channel keeps what only makes sense there — its own description, its own price, its own stock, its own category — without you rewriting the rest.
And a product that already exists on one channel is not retyped: you take it over from there and carry it to the other, photo included. From then on it is your product, living in both places.
It writes you a first draft: the title, the description, the search summary — written for the channel you are publishing to, because a shop page and a feed on a phone are not read the same way. Ingredients and allergens it works out from what the product is and puts in front of you to read: the signature stays yours.
The title can differ between the two, too. TikTok cuts it short inside a feed while the shop page prints it whole beside the product: they rarely want the same sentence.
Weight, photos, variants and parcel size are the same and written once. Only what makes sense on one channel alone is different.
One place to keep your products up to date, instead of two panels holding the same work done twice.
And then
What you find inside.
The catalogue
Products
Both channels' listings in one list. Price, stock, title, description, photo and variants are changed from here, and the change goes to the channel.
Templates
Write the product once and choose which channels to publish it on. Description, price, stock, photo and category can differ on each.
Product copy with AI
Title, description and SEO per channel. Ingredients and allergens proposed, not decided: you read them back.
Photos taken again
You drag a box around the product — another shop's logo stays outside it — and the AI reshoots that crop. You see before and after, and it goes to the channel only if it convinces you.
Shop SEO
The title, description and keyword Google shows, for the products that have none. And the ones still without a barcode or a brand. WooCommerce only: TikTok has nothing equivalent.
Expiry dates
It tells you which products are about to expire. Useful if you handle food.
Shipping
Pickup points
Post offices, Punto Poste counters and lockers, by distance from the buyer. The label carries the counter's address.
Parcels to check
The ones that stop saying anything, held parcels with their expiry, the release. Once dealt with, what you did stays written on it.
Parcels with no order
A sample, a return to a supplier, a parcel to the accountant. The waybill is made the same way, with the address written by hand.
Standard parcels
The formats you actually use, ready in the dropdown when you prepare a shipment. Measurements only: the weight is the goods'.
Carriers
Poste is integrated end to end. For the others you record carrier and waybill by hand, and the order behaves the same way.
The stockroom
What is missing
The list of what you do not have, as PDF or TXT, with or without the order numbers. On each product you leave a note that is still there next time.
Supplier request
The order to send, built from what is missing. Save it, come back tomorrow, download it.
Documents
Invoices and delivery notes are read automatically and the data extracted with no manual entry.
Warehouses
The sites the goods leave from. The batches that arrive, and their expiry dates, sit in one of them.
Everyday work
Search
Order number, customer, product, phone or waybill. A fragment of a code read off a label will do.
Notifications
A new order reaches your phone the moment it arrives, not when you open the app.
Knowledge base
You upload a PDF — a price list, a contract, a manual — and then ask it questions. It answers from that document, naming the page.
Team
Several people work in it together, each with their own permissions.
Four languages
Italian, English, Spanish and French.
Statistics
What sells, what sells together,
when and where.
The orders you have already shipped know things you have no time to work out. Cancelled and refunded orders excluded, because they are not sales.
Monthly trend
Orders per month, and average value
Ten months of a shop that is growing. From 94 orders to 478.
When they buy
By hour of the day, in your shop's own timezone
The peak is between 16:00 and 19:00. That is the hour to post, or to go live.
Bundle proposals
Built from what actually gets bought together, not from what you think would go well together. The proposals take the coming months' occasions into account, and any that name products you do not sell are discarded.
Yerba Mate Taragüi Tradicional 1kg
Mate in Zucca Decorata
Bombilla in Acciaio
Termo per Mate 1L
Whoever buys the yerba comes back within a month for the bombilla. Selling them together pays for one shipment instead of two.
Panetón D'Onofrio 900g
Chocolate Sublime 30g
Café Altomayo Molido 250g
The panettone only sells between November and December, and whoever takes it nearly always adds something to drink.
And then: basket size, best sellers, bought alone — the ones paying a whole shipment for a single item — provinces and regions, channel health, new against returning customers, rising and falling over the last ninety days.
What it runs on
An app on your phone,
without going through a store.
It installs from the browser and stays there, with its own icon. It is a web application: no store to get through, no update to download — when there is a new version, you already have it.
A warehouse is not run sitting down. The same screens as the desktop, built for one hand: labels are created from the phone, standing up, in front of the boxes.
Not only new orders. An order coming in, a parcel that has stopped on the way, a batch about to expire: the alert leaves the moment it happens, not when you open the app.
Each person gets their own. Chosen alert by alert and channel by channel — push, email, or only inside the app. And one nobody opened comes back a few hours later, but only between nine and seven and a counted number of times: an alert that will not stop is the one that gets all the others turned off.
The data sits on Google Cloud, each company isolated from the others, and the sales channel credentials are encrypted.
The close
Let's spend twenty minutes
on your real orders.
It is the quickest way to see how much time it gives you back. Anyone who sees their own orders inside the product knows within thirty seconds whether they need it.
